As the Catering Manager at RPI, I am responsible for the organization and execution of all catering and hospitality needs that are booked through the catering office. I am also responsible for the daily operations of the Faculty Dining Room at Russell Sage Dining Hall, a 52 seat Restaurant that services the Rensselaer Institute Community.
I arrived on Campus in 2002 with a strong restaurant background and Formal training in Cultural Studies from LeMoyne College as well as Food and Hospitality Training at the Culinary Institute of America and Schenectady College. I was raised in the restaurant and service industries and have a true passion for providing comfort and hospitality to faculty and students alike. This passion is shared by the wonderful and talented people that I work with and is projected in our daily routines. We strive for perfection with every event, and are always analyzing our methods to keep our services fresh and exciting.
