Coming Soon
As Director of the Commons Dining Hall, I am responsible for providing unlimited continuous dining every day to approximately 1500 students, seven days a week. It is my goal to accommodate the varied tastes and preferences that are inherent of such a large group. In addition, I continually work with and train my staff in ways to accommodate special requests and provide the necesssary tools they need to meet and exceed our customers expectations.

After graduating from the Culinary Institue of America in 1982, I owned and operated a 4 star star restaurant in Hyde Park NY as well as a dinner dance cruise ship. Currently, I serve on the Board of Directors for Joseph’s House and Shelter in Troy, NY as well as continually working with several different agencies in the community to hire people with disabilities. Recently, I received the Heroes of Everyday Life award which is a high honor bestowed by Executives of Sodexo for people that demonstrate countless efforts in the fight against hunger.

In my spare time, I enjoy time spent at my camp in the Adirondacks with my husband and two children.
