As Food Service Director at the Student Union, I manage the largest piece of retail business on campus consisting of two floors of service ranging from a Starbuck’s Freshens Café to a Sub Connection as well as a host of other formats including catering. We serve approximately 15,000 meals a week in this location and have the longest hours of operation in all Hospitality segments across campus.

I graduated from Johnson and Whales College in Providence, RI and spent time working at some exclusive restaruants in Chicago as well as xxxxx. I arrived on campus in 1987 working as an Executive Sous Chef at the Commons and have held many positions on campus since that time. Most recently, I helped to plan and execute a major renovation to the Rathskeller level improving not only the food selections, but the ambiance as well. I look forward to implementing long range goals for additional services, facility improvements and expanded offerings in the months ahead.

In my personal time, I enjoy football, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
