We are committed to offering you a wide variety of
options with flexible hours at every meal. In addition
to multiple beverages available, we offer an extensive
salad bar, pizza w/ daily special, and a “sweet”
selection of desserts! Each dining room offers two or
three entrees at each meal as well as large deli and
grill programs. All deli and grill selections are prepared
“to order” — just for you!
The dining rooms offer an ever-increasing variety of
vegetarian and vegan options. If you have a specific
request or idea - seek out your dining room manager.

Resident Dining Halls
The Commons Dining Hall
Situated at the center of the first-year residence halls, the Commons offers several dining stations. These include the popular Asian Pacifica, a savory grill program, pasta prepared to order,a deli and Theme Cuisine. If you have special dietary needs, visit My Zone and be amazed at all the great food waiting for you.
Adjacent to the Quad and convenient to the academic campus, Russell Sage provides an intimate, relaxed atmosphere. Its’ special features include exhibition vegan/vegetarian cuisine as well as our other standard formats.
BARH Dining provides a “home away from home” feel for the residents and other community members. The BARH community has the opportunity to help the Hospitality Services team develop menus and plan special events.
A first of its’ kind in design for the tri-city area, this hip and ultra trendy coffee house offers Peet’s coffee and teas (a staple of west coast culture), express items, soup and a host of pastries made fresh daily in our very own bakeshop. Did we mention the fireplace and flat screen TV?
This artful and stylistic facility is situated in the heart of the main lecture hall building on campus. It features signature sandwich specialties such as wraps, subs & grilled panini, salads, a full espresso program, smoothies, gourmet baked goods and much more. The exterior walkway gives a hint of something happening inside through the use of contemporary art.
This venue with its’ stylish yet retro atmosphere is a great spot to stop in for your morning cup o’ Joe and fresh baked goods. It also serves up some of the tastiest gourmet sandwiches and salads on campus and provides many convenience store items if you want to pack a bag for later.
This newly renovated facility offers a signature sandwich program called “Stacks Deli” featuring wraps, subs, grilled and traditional build your own sandwiches, an improved line of Green Mountain Coffee with the addition of a full espresso program, freshly squeezed lemonade, cookies baked on site and much more.
This intimate venue located in the Lally School of Management boosts a quick and convenient way to grab an express item or beverage on your way to or from class. There are significant grab and go items, hot soups, chili, baked goods and many choices in beverages.*
